Hello! This is my website listing all the info you would want to know before commissioning me.
I’m a fursuit maker based in Las Vegas and I’ve been crafting fursuits on and off since 2016. I love creating furry artworks and showing my appreciation for the community while putting my own spin on the art form.

Terms of Service

By commissioning a fursuit or related work from me [StarPaw Studios] you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order!

1. Payment Policy

★ Full Payment Required: All payments must be made in full upfront before I will begin work on your commission. No work will begin until payment is received and cleared.★ Accepted Payment Methods: Payments will be accepted through Zelle. I Do Not work with Paypal as they have very unfair business pracitces; I can work with other payment Processors though so just ask!

2. Refunds & Cancellations

★ Before Supplies Are Purchased: If you request a cancellation before I purchase materials, you will receive a full refund.★ After Supplies Are Purchased: If you cancel after I have purchased supplies, you will be refunded the total amount paid minus the cost of supplies.★ No Refund After Completion: Once your commission is completed, no refunds will be issued.★ Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting me to discuss the issue, you will be blacklisted from future commissions and your case may be forwarded to the payment processor with all necessary proof of work and communication.

3. Age Requirement

★ You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of commissioning.★ I will not sell a commission to a minor.★ I may request proof of age via a valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide proof if requested will result in commission cancellation and a refund as per Section 2.

4. Right to Refuse Service

★ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.★ I may choose to cancel and fully refund a commission at any point before completion for any reason.

5. Communication & Updates

★ I will provide regular progress updates during the creation process.★ Commissioners are expected to respond in a timely manner to approval requests. Delayed responses may result in delayed completion.★Average time it takes to complete a project is 6-8 months depending on the project.★Unfortunately I am unable to guarantee a deadline, a lot goes into each individual project and I don't want to sacrifice quality for time.

6. Final Product & Use

★ All fursuits are made for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.★ I retain the right to photograph and share images of the finished product for portfolio and promotional purposes.

7. Commission Agreement

★ By sending payment and commissioning a project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
